Join me this summer for three weeks of online experiential workshops. Give yourself the opportunity for an intentional pause and cultivate practices and tools to process your emotions and move forward in the next season.

Customize the Sessions to Fit Your Needs

I am offering different types of tools on different days of the week. Choose what speaks to you, mix and match, or take them all! Each week has a different theme, and you choose which 30-minute workshop feels supportive.

June 11th - 13th: Self Compassion

July 16th - 18th: Letting Go

August 6th - 8th: Widening the Perspective (conflicts in relationship)

Tuesdays - Pause

A moment to Pause with a simple mind-body grounding technique.

Wednesdays - Practice

A guided transformational mind-body Practice for growth and transformation.

Thursdays - Play

A guided therapeutic art exercise to Play and explore to help process and express emotions.

Give yourself the pause and time to process this summer

During each 30-minute workshop, we will take a moment to notice ourselves and our state of being. Then we will learn and practice techniques and tools for our toolkit that are aligned with the week’s theme. As we close, we will invite curiosity and reflection for further individual exploration. Let’s nurture our inner resilience together this summer so we can show up as our best selves as we move into the next season.
